EMPLOYER-SPONSORED COACHING:
GROUP COACHING:
- For employees and organizational leaders who want their current employer to cover their coaching costs.
- For organizations invested in assessing current leaders, improving bench strength, succession planning, onboarding, etc.
- The coaching rates listed on my booking page are only available to individuals choosing to private-pay.
- Pricing for Employer-Sponsored Coaching is determined via contracting discussions I would have with the person to be coached and the appropriate organizational stakeholder(s) involved in the decision-making and contracting process.
GROUP COACHING:
- For people who want to meet and engage in coaching with other professionals for a specific number of sessions.
- I set up Coaching Groups based on clients' expressed interests (e.g., higher education leaders, women in late-career).
- Pricing is determined based on the number of clients in each group and the number and length of sessions held.
- I also offer complementary networking opportunities such as Coffee Zooms.
