Individuals Seeking Coaching
What is your definition of success?
Through career and/or leadership coaching with me, people have achieved new insights, greater self-awareness, improved work relationships, career clarity, more leadership confidence, and renewed engagement within their organizations. They also seek and achieve new jobs, promotions, greater pay, and other desired outcomes. We work together, using many of the assessments and activities listed below.
And sometimes, success during these challenging times might mean pressing onward when you are not sure where you are headed, exercising a great deal of self-compassion, and taking really good care of yourself and your loved ones. One hour at a time. I can help you define and achieve your version of success, sharing my expertise, consistent encouragement, and support along the way.

Tending to Your Well-Being
- taking on leadership roles and other responsibilities, while also taking care of yourself;
- networking with people who can provide you with social support, sponsorship, and other resources;

Take the time to locate and interview several coaches regarding:
• How often they have worked with leaders or individuals like you;
• Their relevant academic degrees, other credentials, and areas of specialization;
• Their years of experience and the types of coaching they provide;
• Important details (e.g., their approach, assessments, fees, duration and frequency of sessions);
• Their interpersonal skills, including their ability to really connect with you and earn your trust.

What are your Goals?
Like many of my clients, do you hope to achieve career or leadership goals such as:
• Feeling supported by a trusted partner as I navigate my roles and responsibilities;
• Significantly enhancing my communication, relationship, and influencing skills;
• Gaining the confidence to earn and ask for a promotion or a stretch assignment;
• Finding a more meaningful career that better fits my interests, strengths, and other life roles.

To what extent do your goals match up with your employer's?
You may want to work independently with me if you:
• Are asking yourself the question, "Should I stay or should I go?"
• Suspect that your manager's agenda for your advancement does not fully match your own desires;
• Think of Career or Leadership Coaching as personalized and confidential professional development, just for you.
