​It also seems abundantly clear to me that the world needs more female, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ leaders who are committed to serving others in an open, receptive, and respectful manner. We know from the research that having more diverse professionals on boards and in top leadership positions improves organizational performance, return on investment (ROI), and how engaged you and your fellow employees feel.

• PhD in Psychology, specialization in Counseling Psychology; University of Missouri-Columbia.
• Extensive training in Human Behavior Change; Leadership Development; Counseling Skills; Interpersonal Coaching; Positive Psychology; Research Design; and Career Assessment, Decision Making, and Advancement.
• Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with Minors in Mathematics and Statistics; Iowa State University.

Certifications:

• Fully Qualified to administer and interpret many Leadership, Career, and Psychological Assessments (e.g., Hogan Assessments, CPI, Clifton Strengths Assessment, EQ-i 2.0, 360 Feedback tools).
• Strengths Strategy Certified Coach (Strengths Strategy, Inc., 2015).

Experience:

• As a Management Consultant and Career and Executive Leadership Coach for over 20 years, I have served executives, mid-career managers, individual contributors, and emerging leaders across industries, in all types and sizes of organizations, including Corporate, Higher Education, and Non-profit settings.
• My entire career is dedicated to helping adults maximize their professional and personal performance and overall well-being. I support and challenge people to do work they enjoy.
• I taught Cross-Cultural Psychology at the American University of Bulgaria. My students were from the U.S., Canada, Bulgaria, Lebanon, and Albania. It was an adventure, and I learned so much from them!​
• I have lived and worked throughout the U.S.; and I relate to and enjoy people from other regions and countries.
