- Career Coaching Packages:
- Career 3 Pack: $660 for 3 Career Coaching Sessions
- Career 5 Pack: $990 for 5 Career Coaching Sessions
EXECUTIVE COACHING:
- For leaders and executives at any level -- or aspiring leaders -- who want to develop and grow in their current role, achieve a promotion, increase their executive skills and performance, better understand themselves as leaders, etc.
- Executive Coaching clients may explore all 5 sets of "Coaching Issues to Explore", listed at the bottom of this page.
- Executive Coaching Packages:
- Executive 4 Pack: $1,100 for 4 Executive Coaching Sessions
- Executive 8 Pack: $2,080 for 8 Executive Coaching Sessions
- Executive 12 Pack: $2,940 for 12 Executive Coaching Sessions
GROUP COACHING:
- For people who want to meet and engage in coaching with other professionals for a specific number of sessions.
- I set up Coaching Groups based on clients' expressed interests (e.g., higher education leaders, women in late-career).
- Pricing is determined based on the number of clients in each group and the number and length of sessions held.
- I also offer complementary networking opportunities such as Coffee Zooms.
EMPLOYER-SPONSORED COACHING:
- For employees and organizational leaders who want their current employer to cover their coaching costs.
- For organizations invested in assessing current leaders, improving bench strength, succession planning, onboarding, etc.
- The coaching rates listed on my booking page are only available to individuals choosing to private-pay.
- Pricing for Employer-Sponsored Coaching is determined via contracting discussions between Kim Bartels, the person to be coached, and the appropriate one or two organizational stakeholders involved in the decision-making and/or contracting process.
Free Initial Call for Potential or New Clients

- Schedule the date/time you want, using my Setmore Booking Page. You will then be redirected to:
- Complete a Coaching Needs Survey to reflect on your main career and/or leadership needs. Ignore any payment details shown.
- Prepare for our Free Initial Call by noting what you want to discuss and ask me, to assess our fit for working together. Thank you!
Returning Clients and Referrals
STEPS FOR RETURNING CLIENTS:
- You qualify as a Returning Client if you paid me for individual or group coaching (from 2006 to 2023) or for a coaching package in 2024.
- If this describes you, then use the BOOK A RETURNING CLIENT SESSION button to schedule a session for $195.
STEPS FOR REFERRAL PROGRAM:
- Please refer other people who sound like they could use career, job search, or leadership development support.
- For each person you refer who completes a Free Initial Call, you save $45, paying a lower rate of $150 for your next coaching session.
- To verify your referral and get the link for your discounted session, send me an Email (Subject: REFERRAL) with the person's full name.
- I also ask the person you refer to list your first and last name as the referral source when they set up their Free Initial Call.

- Schedule the services you want, using my Setmore Booking Page (via the "Book now" button). You will be redirected to:
- Pay any coaching services fees due after you schedule, using Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal (listed here in my preferred order).
- Email me If you cannot (or prefer not to) use Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal, so we can figure out a work-around.
- Prepare for our first session by taking a few notes on what you want to discuss, work on, or ask me. Thank you!
MONEY BACK POLICY:
- If you are not completely satisfied with our coaching process after at least two paid 55-minute coaching sessions and you have notified me via email, then I will return your investment minus 15% to cover my administration fees.
- I expect that as professionals, though, we will talk things through; and you will tell me what you need so I can adapt as we go.
